Sort client scans by client

InOrder reads each new scan or PDF on your Mac, finds the client it belongs to and files it in that client's folder once you approve the plan.

Who uses it

Questions

Does it upload my documents to read them?

No. InOrder reads embedded text or runs OCR on your Mac, then Apple Intelligence on the same Mac decides where a file goes. Nothing is sent out to be read.

What happens when it can't tell where a file goes?

The file stays where it is and is listed under Needs attention with the reason. Nothing moves until you approve the plan.

Can I undo a run?

Yes. History records every change. Before restoring, Undo checks that nothing was edited since and that no other file now sits at the original path.
